Adult Ministry
SEASONED SAINTS
Seasoned Saints is an exciting ministry to people ages 50 and older. It is one of the most happening groups in our church. Monthly get-togethers might include a potluck, concert, table games, trip to an area attraction (Pella Tulip Festival, Covered Bridges, etc.), or a local restaurant. The highlight of the year is the annual fall trip to Branson, MO. Whatever the event, you can be sure that it will include fun, fellowship and food! This is also our premier prayer warrior group! When we need prayer, these are the people we call!
MEN'S MINISTRIES
Men's Ministries sponsors several Saturday breakfasts throughout the year. Each breakfast features a special guest speaker and time to connect with other men in the church. Come for great food, encouragement and fellowship. Check the church calendar for the next breakfast. Many other opportunities are available through men's ministries including a Wednesday night class, conferences, sports outings, camping and fishing, helping and serving, and much more.
WOMEN'S MINISTRIES
Women's Ministries offers ladies of all ages and life stages opportunities to connect with each other and grow through the study of God's word. We offer Bible studies, classes, special events, conferences and retreats throughout the year. There are also many opportunities to serve in ministries of help and encouragement. Nothing is more fulfilling than reaching out to others with the love of Jesus. We would love to have you join us and be part of what is happening.
Grief Share
It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.
That's the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This group is sponsored by people who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.
Christ-Life Solutions
Have you ever made a decision to change some behavior in your life, and worked really hard at it, only to fail? Real transformation that results in a lasting change, rather than just a futile attempt at a forced behavioral change, takes place when we change our thinking patterns. The Christ-Life Solution focuses on the biblical model of bringing about real change by renewing our minds, or in other words, by changing our thinking patterns. This process takes place in three phases:
Phase 1 - Deals with the Past
Phase 2 - Deals with God in the Present
Phase 3 - Deals with the Future
